The Only Thing That Ever Needs To Changed Is The file make sure you always rename your bios file to yea so i tried doing this on win 7 64 bit and the autoexe file does not work, it doesnt show up on the usb when you put it on it or copy it.

i had to enter like a short line of code i forget that it was it updated and then when it loaded back up the board kept turning on and off over and over again.

I would like to update the BIOS so that I can use my gpu as it isn't supported with my current BIOS but I can't seem to be able to update the BIOS without having working usb ports.

I have a PCI to USB adapter but in the BIOS the PCI card is unusable.

Pretty much any flash drive. The BIOS update for my ASRock motherboard is 5.63MB. Doubtful you have a flashdrive around that is smaller than that. To be safe, 1GB or larger. Can't find your answer ?
